Labyrxnth Inc. ("Labyrxnth," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice applies to our websites, including Labyrxnth.com (our "Sites"), any mobile apps for iPhone and Android mobile devices we create or third party apps we use (our "Apps"), and to our other product and service offerings (collectively, our "Service"). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information of the guides using and creating our Service and individual customers who are obtaining such services ("Customers").
By accessing or using our Sites, Apps, or other features of our Service, you signify that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice, so please review it carefully. Please note that this Privacy Notice does not apply to our processing of information about employees or job applicants.

Scheduling Information. Our Service facilitates communications between Guides and Customers, which may include scheduling requests and related communications. We use this information to provide you with our Service.

We will use your contact information to administer your account, provide you with our Service, communicate with you regarding your account and your use of the Service, and for customer support purposes. If you contact us, such as to ask us a question or to troubleshoot an issue you are experiencing with our Service, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or any other personal information you choose to provide to us. We use this information to investigate and respond to your inquiries, and to communicate with you, to enhance our Service and to manage and grow our organization.
Public Content. When you choose to publicly post content on the Service, such as posting written or video reviews about your experience with a Guide or posting a question and/or answer, the information that you post will be viewable to the public. This information may include your name or username, the content of your post, and any additional information you choose to disclose. We use this information to enhance our Service.
Please note that we work with third party payment processors for the collection and use of a payment card information.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for purposes described in this Privacy Notice or as otherwise disclosed to you on our Service or in connection with our Service. For example, we use your information to:
Set up your account, verify your phone number, and deliver the Service to you;
Send you transactional information, including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, product and services information, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages, and information about your account with us - in person, via phone, videoconference, text, email and other communication channels.;
Communicate with you such as to respond to your comments and questions, provide customer service or feedback, or for any other purposes in connection with the Service;

Other Users of the Service. At your direction, your information will be shared with other users of the Service, as needed to provide the Service to you. Customer information may be shared with Guides in order to facilitate scheduling, communication and the Service.

We may share personal information with Guides and administrators of the Service, as well as third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, as needed to carry out their work for us, which may include providing information technology support, tax and accounting services, web hosting, or analytic services. This includes third party private portals whereby we can store and securely share the data.
Payment Processors. You provide your information directly to our payment processors through our Service. The processors are lawfully permitted to process your information for their own business purposes and legal requirements.
Business Transfers. We may disclose personal information to other parties in connection with a company transaction, such as a merger, sale of company assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company or third party, or in the event of a bankruptcy or related or similar proceedings.

We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests.
